"Once
again ATi comes to my rescue. If only all the companies I deal with
had such an incredible support for their clients as ATi does. I couldn't
believe it when I found the announcement script that it had been 10
years since we purchased our phone system. I remember the one on one
service you gave us during the initial set up, down to the last detail
of staying with us until we had set up every mailbox announcement before
leaving. This was beyond the call of duty. When I called for technical
support on how to change our phone announcements on the entire system
after 10 years, as always, you said no problem, 'give me a day or two
to set up a master programs guide specifically for your system'. You
asked me to update any changes I wanted on the old script and just email
it over. I came in on Monday and there it was in my e-mail. The instructions
were so clear to follow I couldn't imagine how it could be more perfect.Ok,
yes there was one more thing, you said just give your cell phone number
to the announcer we hire in case they have any questions. Now that is
service with a stamp of dedication to a customer.Our phone system has
grown over the 10 years with your help and it is still a state of the
art system and has been able to grow and handle our needs. We have been
very satisfied with the equipment and there are no words to describe
